Boycotting Neway Debebe & The Overwhelming Response

As the struggle gets bitter and longer, some from our ranks gave up and returned to solitary and selfish existence. They chose to live a life without purpose and meaning. But a few have decided to sell their souls and are now bowing to Monster Zenawi and his killer gangs. They have sold our country and the blood of martyrs for 30 pieces of silver just like their cousin Judas (yihuda) did to Jesus, the prince of peace. And two of them in recent memory are Solomon Tekalign and Neway Debebe. I don’t know how these two hodams deal with their conscious that is accusing them every day they go to bed at night. Their conscious must be shouting at them “tratior” “hodam” the moment they lie down to sleep on the same bed with Monster Zenawi. Neway Debebe and Solomon Tekalign and their cousins are tormented souls that will continue to live in guilt and shame. We know deep in their hearts they are leading a miserable existence. And we pray to God to show them the victory of Ethiopia and Ethiopians over Monster Zenawi and his gangs in the near future. The victory over Monster Zenawi will come. It is not a matter of if but it is a matter of when. Come, victory will. There was a huge competitions in every step his euraka life;but his style and personality did not come to the general pulic music flavor;he thought old is gold would work for him,but didn’t at all.His voice went from bad to worse.In one music show,he had a horse on his throught and was not able to perform well;later he came to a newspater and told everybody that he was sick and tired,and the public was kind to him and took his words for granted.He thought he cheated the public and got away.Came another days where he could no longer give excuses on every music show he screwed up and messed up with the bands that accompnied him. Nothing worked for him as he planned and thought it would;.a few old friends of him arranged him support concerts in two towns and one city and collected less than 10,000 Birr,and donatted to him and his family.The real frustation come to him when he could not go along with neighbours,locals,and music lovers and was completely ignored and looked at in contempt eyes and bad feeling.He got angry then told opposition candidates not to use his songs for anything that are related to social matters and special time of the year;by then,bad words from his mouth reached the general population.He thought music fans and public would suport him and agree to the warning he announced through different meadia and through cadres almost in every towns and cities and would react against opposion leaders and their supporters,but he found himself in intense reaction and rejection from the general population,cadres from high authority were fully convinced that this guy had proven himself that he would always stand stay in their camp doing what they wanted him doing as long as it took him through the life he knowingly chose would bring him money to him and to his family regardles of in what form and shape. Then the authrities gave him permission to go out and make money for the benefit of his health and happiness;he was then referred to cadres who are residing in Europe and was arranged a new year concert so that he could collect a good amount of thousands of euros;but it is unlike that he would dare set his feet in North America to suck thousnds and thousands of dollars from Ethiopians.The good news is,Ethiopians in Europe,specially in Germany are all in a big alert and aware of the pig is coming to their towns and cities,and all are ready to stay away from the guy who disrespected and disowned his own supportive and loving people.This is a reality that Neway is facing. May the closeness of Ethiopans allover the world remain alive forever,and ever.May we all stand for our wonderful people and country until we see freedom and democracy for all.Thank you.
