የአእምሮ ውጤቶች ላይ የሚፈጸሙ ወንጀሎች

አንድ ሰው የሌላን ሰው ቤት ቢያቃጥል ወይንም ጉዳት ቢያደርስ በየትኛውም ሀገር ውስጥ ባሉ ህግጋት ንብረት በማውደም ወንጀል ተጠያቂ ይሆናል። አንድ መጸሀፍ መደብር ገብቶ በሺህዎች የሚቆጠሩ መጻህፍትን በመዝረፍ ለመንገደኛ ሁሉ የሚያድል ቢኖር ይህም በንብረት ላይ የተፈጸመ ወንጀል ሆኖ ይቆጠራል። የመጽሀፍ ቅጂ መብትን (ኮፒ ራይት) ጥሶ መጽሀፉንም በመቃኛ ቃኝቶ (እስካን) በዘመኑ ቴክኒዮሎጂ በድረ ገጽ ላይ የሚያወጣ ምን ይባላል? ይህስ አስከፊ የወንጀል ተግባር አይሆንምን? ህሊና ቢስ እኩይ ምግባርስ አያስብልምን?

ትናንት ማክሰኞ ፤ ጥር 29 ቀን 2004 ዓ ም፤ ኢንተርኔት፤ ከእኩይ ጥቃት ነጻ ሆኖ አገልግሎት መስጠት የሚችልበት መታሰቢያ ዕለት በመባል፣ በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ትኩረት ተሰጥቶት አልፎአል። Safer Internet Day! በአጭሩ ኢንተርኔትን እንዴት አስተማማኝ ማድረግ ይቻላል? በሚለው ጥያቄ ዙሪያ አጥጋቢ መልስ ለማግኘት መታሰቢያው ቀን ልዩ ትኩረት የተደረገበት ዕለት ነበረ ማለት ይቻል ይሆናል። ኮምፑዩተርን ማበላሸት፤ በ Online ወንጀል መሥራት፤ ከሩቅ ፣ አሰናካይ ፣ ጎጂ ነገር መላክ፣ ከአነአካቴው ሊገታ ያልቻለ ችግር ሆኖ ቢቀጥልም፤ ለዚህ መከላከያውንም ሆነ አብነቱን በመሻት የሚጥሩና በተሣካ ሁኔታ ተግባራቸውን የሚያከናውኑ ኩባንያዎች በዓለም ዙሪያ ይገኛሉ። ከአነዚህም አንዱ ፤ መቀመጫውን ጀርመን ውስጥ በድንጋይ ከሰል ማዕድንና በብረታ-ብረት ፋብሪካዎች በታወቀው ሩር አውራጃ ውስጥ፤ ቦኹም በተሰኘችው ከተማ የሚገኘው G Data SecurityLabs ነው።

የአፍሪቃ ኤኮኖሚ ዕድገት በዓለምአቀፉ የኤኮኖሚ ቀውስ ሳቢያ ጋብ ቢልና በወቅቱም በኤውሮ-ዞን ችግር ተጽዕኖ ቢደቀንበትም በዕርምጃው እንደሚቀጥል ነው የሚታመነው። ይህም ከውጭው ዓለም ጋር የሚደረገውን ንግድ የሚያበረታታ መሆኑ አልቀረም። አውሮፓውያንና ሌሎች ሃገራት ለአፍሪቃ ንግድ የሚሰጡት ትኩረት እየጨመረ ነው የሄደው።

የጀርመን ኩባንያዎችም ከአፍሪቃ ጋር ያላቸውን የንግድ ግንኙነት ለማጠናከርና በክፍለ-ዓለሚቱ ይበልጥ ስር ለመስደድ ይፈልጋሉ። እርግጥ ለዚህ የውጭ ንግድ ብድር ዋስትና መረጋገጡ እጅግ አስፈላጊ ነው። አስተማማኝ ለሆነ ንግድ እንግዲህ ይህ ቅድመ-ግዴታ ይሆናል ማለት ነው። ለዚሁም የጀርመን መንግሥት ኦይለር-ሄርመስ በተሰኘው የብድር መድህን ድርጅት አማካይነት በቅርቡ ከአፍሪቃ ላኪ-አስገቢ ኤክስፖርት-ኢምፖርት ባንክ ጋር የትብብር ውል እንዲፈረም አድርጓል።

First of all, accept our warm greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and we wish you all the best in your political responsibility, career and life. Besides, we wish peace, prosperity and progress to your guest free, hospitable and beloved country, Norway. The reason why we are forced to write this appeal letter is because we have been very terrified, frightened, worried and spending sleepless nights since we came to know about the appalling news of the repatriation agreement your government has entered into with the ethno-fascist regime of Meles Zenawi. This agreement is outrageous and untenable given the escalating and widespread abuses and agreement you have made with Ethiopian and your government to repatriate rejected asylum serious violations of human rights in Ethiopia. These abuses and violations are deliberately and systematically committed by the Meles regime and are well documented and reported by the International Human Rights Organizations such as Amnesty International, Human Rights watch and the US State Department. The rejected asylum seekers including us who have fled the country in search of safety and freedom will risk facing persecution, imprisonment or losing our lives if we are forcibly returned and handed over to the security forces of the brutal regime in Ethiopia.
