U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon urged Ethiopia and Eritrea “to practice limit restraint,” solve their differences by pacific means, and equivocate any movement that could lead to an escalation of tensions, U.N. orator Martin Nesirky said. He also urged both sides to honour any other’s territorial integrity.

         ወጣት አለም ደቻሳ የ 33 ዓመት ወጣት ስትሆን ሊባኖስ የገባችው ከሶስት ወር በፊት መሆኑን ምንጮቻችን ይገልጻሉ። ሊባኖስ ከመግባቷ በፊት የመንም ለጥቂት ቀናት ቆይታለች። ከየመን በድንበር ተሻግራ እንደገባችም ታውቋል። እዚያም እንደደረሰች በአንዲት ሊባኖሳዊት ቤት በቤት ሰራተኝነት ትቀጠራለች። ለጊዜው ኑሮው ቢስማማትም፣ አብራት እንድትሰራ ከተቀጠረችው ሌላ ሊባኖሳዊት ወጣት ጋር ሊስማሙ አልቻሉም። ያቺ እንደ አለቃ የተሾመችባት ሊባኖሳዊትም አለምን ከዚያ ቤት አስወጣቻት። ከቅርብ ጊዜ ወዲህ ሊባኖስ ከኢትዮጵያ ሰራተኛ አልፈልግም በማለቷ፣ ዓለም ሊባኖስ የገባችውም ሆነ የተቀጠረችው በህጋዊው መንገድ አይደለም።
