በአፋር ክልል በዱብቲ ከተማ በህዝቡ እና በመንግስት ማካከል የተፈጠረው አለመግባባት ወደ ደም መፋሰስ እያመራ መሆኑን በተደጋጋሚ መዘገባችን የሚታወስ ሲሆን፣ በዛሬው እለት የፌደራል ፖሊስ አባላት የ17 አመቱን የ7ኛ ክፍል ተማሪ የሆነውን አሊ ኡመር ሙሀመድን በሶስት ጥይት ገድለው በጓደኞቹ ላይ ደግሞ ከፍተኛ የሆነ ድ ብደባ ፈጽመዋል።

የአካባቢው ነዋሪዎች እና የቀበሌ አመራሮች ሳይቀሩ የልዩ ሀይል የፌደራል ፖሊስ አባላትን ልትጨርሱን ነው ወደ ዚህ የመጣችሁት በማለት ሲቃወሙዋቸው ነበር። ሟቹን ለመቅበር በጸሎት ላይ የነበሩ ሰዎችን የኢሳት ዘጋቢ ባነጋገረበት ወቅት ከፍተኛ የሆነ ቁጣ እና ብስጭት በህዝቡ ዘንድ ይሰማ ነበር።

ኢሳት ዜና:- 

በኦሮሚያ እና በቤኒሻንጉል ክልሎች መካከል ግጭት ተቀስቅሶ  22 ሰዎች መሞታቸውና በርካቶች መቁሰላቸው ተዘገበ።  እንደ ፍኖተ-ነጻነት ዘገባ በሁለቱ ክልሎች የድንበር ነዋሪዎች መካከል ለተፈጠረው ግጭት ምክንያቱ የቦታ ይገባኛል :

የአካባቢው ነዋሪዎች  እንደገለጹት ከሆነ “በኦሮሚያ ክልል ምስራቅ ኦሮሚያ ዞን ልዩ ሥፍራው “ጊዳ ኪራሞ” እና “ጊዳ አያና” በተባሉ ወረዳዎች ለተነሳው ግጭት መንስዔው፤ አቤንቱ፣ ቄሎ እና ዋስኪ በተባሉ አካባቢዎች የተፈጠረ የይገባኛል ጥያቄ ነው፡፡

MILAN (Reuters) – Italian builder Salini expects a possible merger with listed rival Impregilo (IPGI.MI) to create a national champion with sales of around $9.2 billion in 2015, its chief executive said on Monday, pointing to a special dividend if the plan succeeds.

Family-owned Salini, which posted 2011 revenue of 1.4 billion euros ($1.8 billion), has grown in recent years via acquisitions and expansion in markets such as Ethiopia, Kazakhstan, Nigeria and, recently, Denmark.
