Salini spells out Impregilo merger plan

MILAN (Reuters) – Italian builder Salini expects a possible merger with listed rival Impregilo (IPGI.MI) to create a national champion with sales of around $9.2 billion in 2015, its chief executive said on Monday, pointing to a special dividend if the plan succeeds.

Family-owned Salini, which posted 2011 revenue of 1.4 billion euros ($1.8 billion), has grown in recent years via acquisitions and expansion in markets such as Ethiopia, Kazakhstan, Nigeria and, recently, Denmark.

ሃገራችን በተለያየ ጊዜ የጦር አምባ፤ መስተናገጃ፤የወዳጆች መከተሚያ ሆና ኖራለች፡፡በነዚህ ዘመናትም ለየሁኔታው የመጡት እራሳቸው እንደየሁኔታው ኖረውባት፤ለጦር የመጡትም ተዋፍተውን ድል ባደረጉባቸው መንደሮች ዘሮቻቸውን እየተዉ ሄደዋል፡፡ ለምሳሌ ኢጣልያ ወረረችና በትንሹ ድል ባደረገችባቸውም ሆነ ገና ወታደሮቿን ለጦር በማዘጋጀት ላይ ባለችበት ሁሉ፤የተዋደዱት በፍቅር፤ አለያም ጠያቂ የለባቸውምና እያስገደዱ ሴት እህቶቻችንን ደፍረዋል፡፡ በዘመኑ ደሞ ሴት ልጅ ከጸጉረ ልውጥ መቋጠሯ ከታወቀ ለጊዜውም ቢሆን መጥፎ ስም ማስከተሉ አይቀርምና ያሸማቅቃል፡፡ እንዲያውም በአሉባልተኞች ጎራ ባንዳ ሆኗ አረገዘች፤ ከእንግዲህ ማን ከሷ ጋር ቡና ሊቀምስ ማንስ ማህበር ሊጠጣ እተባለ ችግር ይፈጥራል፡፡ ዘመኑ የወረራ ነውና የማን ማንነትን ማወቁ በጣም አስቸጋሪ ይሆናል፡፡ተገዳ የተደፈረችውና የቋጠረችውም ሆነች ያልያዘችው ንጹህ ለሃገር የቆሙ ለመሆናቸው ማወቅ አስቸጋሪ ነው፡፡ አንዳንድ ጊዜ ያረገዘችው ምርር ያለች ለኢትዮጵያ ብላ ለመሞት የቆረጠች ሆና፤ ያረገዘችውም በግዳጅ ሆኖ ሳለ ያላረገዘችው፤ ግን ቀን ቀን ከኢትዮጵያዊያኖች ማታ ማታ ደሞ ከጠላት ጋር አሸሸ ገዳሜ የሚሉት የራሳቸውን ነውር ለመሸፈን ነውሩንና ብልግናውን ተገደው ባረገዙት ላይ ያደረጋሉ፡፡ የኋላ ኋላ ግን እውነቱ አፍጥጦ ይወጣና ንጹህ ነኝ ባይ ከሀዲ፤ ከሃዲ የተባለው ለሃገሩ የቆመና ግፍ የተፈጸመበት ሆኖ ይገኛል፡፡ይህ ከውጪ ሰዎች የመውለድ ጉዳይ በኢጣልያን ጊዜ የተጀመረ አዲስ ክስተት አይደለም፡፡በቴዎድሮስ ዘመን ለምሳሌ ከውጭ ሰዎች የተወለዱ ነበሩ፡፡ካሣ ደንደር፤ቤል አሊጋዝ፤ሞሪስ ያዕቆብ፤ሜየር ዮሃንስ እናቶቻቸው ሃበሻ አባቶቻቸው አውሮፓዊ የሆኑ ነበሩ፡፡ ሴቶችም ዳንደር ጥሩነሽ፤ቤል የውብ ዳር፤ቤንደር ማርታ ይባሉ ነበር፡፡በኢጣልያንም ወቅት ካርሎስ፤ቶኒ፤ክላውዲዮ እየተባሉ በአባት ኢጣልያዊ በእናት ኢትጵያዊ ሆነው እዚሁ አብረውን የኖሩም ሞልተዋል፡፡

በኋላ ደሞ ኩባውያን መጡና፤ ያው ከጣልያኖች ጋር መሰል ስም ያላቸው ልጆች ትተውልን ሄደው አሁን በአንዳንድ ቦታ ይታያሉ፡፡ ኩባውያንም ሆኑ ኢጣልያያን ኢትዮጵያዊያኖች ውለው አድረው ዘራቸውን ቤተሰባቸውን የአባቶቻቸውን ወገን ፈልገው ሄደው ተመልሰው ይመጣሉ፡፡ አብዛኛውን ጊዜ እንዲህ ነበር፡፡በደርግና አሁን ይሄዳሉ እንጁ ይመጣሉን አልሰማሁም፡፡

የፕረዚዳንት ኢሳያስ አፈወርቂ ሞት ግልጽ ይሁን ሲሉ የኤርትራ ተወላጆች እና የግል ሚዲያውች ገለጹ !
